Share your love of reading with Reading Partners students this Valentine's Day

Do you remember the first book you read cover to cover, all by yourself? Learning to read is a big accomplishment, and can be so much fun! This Valentine's Day, consider sharing your love of reading with young students in DC who are working hard on improving their literacy skills each week through our program.

Here's what you can do:

• Sign up to become a reading partner or refer a friend. One hour a week can make a huge difference for a child who needs individualized reading support.
  

• Host a book drive for Reading Partners students, or purchase books for students to take home from our Politics & Prose wishlist. Book donations are distributed among our 19 reading centers and help fuel our students' love of learning.
